I provide teletherapy to clients within the state of California, using a HIPAA compliant audio-visual software that works in any browser on any device.
I am unable to work with clients outside the state boundary, even if you reside in California and are only temporarily out of state.
For those who are in remote places, unable to leave home, or temporarily without transportation, teletherapy may be a viable option. Please verify with your insurance whether your plan covers teletherapy if you intend to use it to cover the cost of treatment.
If you would like to start teletherapy please let me know when you schedule your first appointment. Currently, I am requesting that all clients sign the informed consent for teletherapy, so that in the event of illness or inability to travel, I am able to meet with you online.
