My usual charges per session are 120 – 150 per hour.

Grow Therapy – Kaiser NorCal – you will have to get an authorization for Grow from Kaiser, then contact Grow to have them set you up in their system. Phone number: (786) 755-1863. If I am not currently taking clients on Grow, they can assist you in finding a therapist with similar credentials.
Headway – Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, Blue Shield of California, Cigna.
I accept cash, credit, Health Spending Accounts and checks. Cards are processed using an app called IVY Pay. Clients seen via Grow or Headway will be submitting payment on that website.
